Every piece is carefully crafted and takes hours of work, therefore, cancellation is not accepted after placing the order.

In case you receive a faulty product, you will be able to return it, a refund will be issued upon receiving it. 

If you don't pick up your order and it gets sent back to us, we will charge you delivery fee plus any return fees  incurred and no refund will be issued
